Go Hokies!

We headed to the Austin Peay Game for Will's very first Hokie game: 42-7, Hokies.

Will takes tailgating literally.

Go HOKIES!

A serious fan.

Pelé Luxfocker

Will takes the field for the first time last night with his team, the FIERY FURNACE!

Just out for a walk

...the waning days of summer.

Life in Blacksburg

1. The privilege of parking 0.5 miles from my office: $250.00 per year
2. Witnessing naked rugby at the neighboring frat house on your way home from your daughter's christening: years of therapy for at least one family member
3. Making sure your children are decked out in the latest hokie gear: $100 per year
4. Your four-year old learning to shoot Skipper: PRICELESS

Pretty Girl

I might be a little biased, but she is!

Poland

Had a fabulous time in Wroclaw, Poland for the Society of Mining Professors Meeting, but missed Mark and the rugrats!

Town Square

The Door to the Dwarf Kingdom

The Beach

Got in a beach trip with our very dear friends, Ashley and Greg, near Topsail - it was wonderful!
You can dress them up, but you can't them out!

Kray and Ashley, desperately trying to get a moment's peace.

 Best friends!

The Fourth of July

Wrapped around her finger....
Mark put on a good show!

The New River

My uncle Ed and Aunt Barbi invited us to the New River with them in June.  In spite of a vicious storm we had a wonderful weekend!

Long suffering cousins...
...and our lovely hosts

Happy 1st Birthday, Libby!

Happy Birthday, Will!

Will's turns the big 4.

Boxes are always more fun than presents....

Checking out his new books from Dee and Grandpap.
